Finance Manager

Involve in full sets accounts including handle daily, monthly, and yearly transactions
Prepare balance sheets, invoices, and monthly reconciliation and closing of accounts
Develop an in-depth knowledge of organizational products costing
Record and process of all business transactions in the accounting system
Manage sales incentives payable to sales team and partners
Act as a contact person for other departments on financial and accounting related matters
Record all financial transactions into the system including but not limited to sales, purchases, receivables, payables, and cash
Support the management on all accountings related matter.
Liaise with relevant parties, banks, and authorities for work requirements and compliance.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, etc which are within the Finance/Accountancy/Business or equivalent
Required skill(s): full set accounts, financial accounting and analysis, financial reporting
Prior experience in the education industry will be an asset
Strong knowledge of end to end finance, group consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, audit, and tax will be necessary
Responsible to establish SOP's for the department and providing financial advice
