Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Statutory Tax compliance for Australia & NZ entity. Must have through knowledge of tax compliance in ANZ covering areas like GST, FBT, Transfer pricing, Payroll tax, R&D etc.
- Ensure accurate and on time filing of all tax returns for Australia & NZ, by engaging with all stakeholders
- Work closely with Finance Manager to ensure accurate and on time Month & quarter close . Ensure full compliance to Accounting Standards.
- Independently manage accounting of inventory, Fixed Assets, and maintain pricing masters, inter-company reconciliations and netting.
- Supporting finance manager for ad hoc reporting/analysis.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate exiting process in accounting/tax areas to increase the efficiency
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in in related field, 7 years experience previous related accounting experience Required, CPA qualified
Additional Skills:
- Proven expertise in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel and related financial systems; ERP (e.g., JDE, Oracle, SP) experience preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment and to adapt quickly to change is essential.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize activities and work effectively in a matrix organization
- Detail-orientation, flexibility, and a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.

- Proven expertise in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel (including pivot tables, advanced functions, importing data from external sources), Access, PowerPoint
- Experience with large ERP systems (JDE experience is a plus); general proficiency using financial systems and related tools.
- Adhere to all EHS rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
