Chief Accountant

Accountable for monitoring the progress of projects,
Responsible for managing all the financial information related to projects at company.
keeps track of each project's expenses and provides regular reports on whether the project is over or under budget.
responsible for verifying the costing sheet and informing managers how much a project could potentially cost and/or earn.
works with a variety of colleagues within the company.
may obtain information from project managers, call logistic team for pricing, payment terms and billing concerns.
Overseeing the accounting function to ensure the timely and accurate availability of reports to external and internal stakeholders.
supervise and oversee the accounts payable, receivable, ledger, credit and all related areas.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual budget execution reports.
Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all financial transactions
Recording, classifying, and summarizing financial transactions and events in accordance with accepted local accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Notifying & investigating any abnormalities in the disbursement of company funds.
Advising and assisting the Management in the compilation and control of the budget.
