Follow up and review the preparation of all the daily accounting entries, Prepaids and Accruals
Review checks, transfers and Custodies of all kinds.
Reviewing all kinds of bank deposits.
Review bank reconciliations.
Ensure that all reconciliations and balance matches are made with external and internal parties
Preparing the monthly audited trial balance
Make all the supporting analyzes for the balances shown in the financial statements.
Follow up on contracts and agreements
Participation in preparing of budgets
Any business requested from the department manager or the direct manager with the approval of the department manager.
Send the daily bank’s position
Any other tasks or reports required in the scope of his work
Follow up the performance and work of accountants on a daily basis
Ensure that the documents are complete in every financial and accounting process
