Description
As a temporary credit controller your duties will include:
- Actively work collection strategies and collect overdue payments over the phone.
- Negotiate catch up repayment plans
- Conduct affordability verification through credit search before approving new customers.
- Excellent customer service and relations to retain customers for repeat business with internal customers
Profile
You will have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced cash collection environment.
