Today, we provide various accounting, legal and HR services to the Bridgestone Group Companies across Europe. We hire over 200 employees who support our Business Partners in six languages (English, French, German, Spanish, Italian as well as Polish). We are looking for candidates for a position:
Lean Six Sigma Specialist
Permanent position
Responsibilities:
- Work with finance stakeholders to define process improvement priorities and to create a strong continuous improvement culture within their area
- Be expert on Lean Six Sigma methodology and deliver appropriate trainings within the company
- Analyze business processes together with Subject Matter Expert and actively search for improvement opportunities
- Take an active role in mapping the existing processes in order to streamline them to increase productivity and efficiency
- Manage and coordinate Local and Regional improvement initiatives
- Be in charge of employee suggestion program
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance
- Solid accounting knowledge and min. 2 year experience in one of the accounting areas (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable)
- Certified Green Belt or equivalent Lean Certification is a must
- Proven record of successfully implemented process’ improvements
- C1 English is a must (oral and written), additional language is an advantage,
- Demonstrated strong analytical, interpretive, communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of SAP as an advantage
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint skills, Minitab is an advantage
- Eager to learn and share knowledge within the team
- Being very well – organized, accurate and flexible
