As part of your role as a Bookkeeping Trainee you will provide assistance with the preparation of client record keeping and also assist your colleagues with obtaining information for the completion of VAT returns and accounts. As well as providing support to your clients from a bookkeeping perspective, you will also be communicating with HMRC and really gaining a full insight into the world of accountancy and systems.

For this position, no prior accountancy experience is necessary however we would ask that you have strong customer service experience and alongside a Maths and English qualification from school. We will provide the necessary technical training, however, would love you to be comfortable liaising with colleagues and clients and have strong organisational skills.
