- Budget V/s Actual and Variance Analysis
- Product wise costing based on Standard costing method
- Analysis of In-house V/s Outsourcing Cost for each product
- Product wise make or buy decision making
- Inventory management and reporting
- Shopwise contribution analysis and profit viability
- Identification of Operational and control weaknesses and suggesting improvements
- Configuration of retail and ERP system integration for each product including its monitoring
