AVP - Fund Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

Prepare daily and monthly NAV
Prepare daily PnL and other ad-hoc reports when required
Perform settlement for securities (bonds, stocks etc)
Conduct trades matching & reconciliation, client deposits & withdrawal instructions, settlement instruction, EIPO & placing etc
Monitor various fund operation issues including settlements, collateral, and cash management
Liaise with executing brokers, prime brokers, fund administrator and system vendors to resolve trade issues and trade breaks
Work closely with other teams such as trading, finance and compliance to ensure operational process is smooth
Review fund capital activity to ensure it is properly processed
Assist in account opening

Requirements:

Around 5 years of work experience in buy/sell side industry
Relevant experience in a hedge fund and/or fund administration and/or Big 4 background is preferred
Able to work independently and as a team player
Detail oriented and able to multi-task
Familiar with CCASS operations
English and Mandarin required
Proficient in Excel. Microsoft VBA macro skill would be beneficial
