Due to continued growth, my client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their dedicated team. This newly created role will compliment their existing team, where you will take ownership of the companies accounts and payroll provisions.
The role:
Maintain the company's financial records using QuickBooks
Day to day oversight of accounts administration
Liaising with managers across the business
Maintain and update the fixed asset register
Oversee credit control function
Preparing monthly management accounts
Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts
Prepare and process monthly payroll
Assist with annual P11d preparationPerson specification:
Part qualified CIMA / ACCA desirable or recognised accountancy qualification
Experience of running payroll is essential
Proven experience of producing/assisting in the completion of monthly management accounts
Knowledge of QuickBooks Online
Strong communication skills
Able to meet strict deadlines
Strong IT skills and a sound knowledge of Word/ExcelHours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and there is free on-site parking.
Due to the client's location, having your own transport would be advantageous.
