Finance Manager - £40000 - £45000 per annum - Belfast

Your new role
As the Finance Manager you lead, manage and develop a group of accounts professional and provide a strategically focused Finance and ICT service for the organisation. The successful candidate will work within a team of Managers to ensure excellent service delivery. You will work to deliver develop the strategy and deliver this across the group. You will manage the full financial management from planning, controls reporting and providing information to the senior management teams.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed it you will be a qualified accountant who has managed a small team to deliver an accounting service. It would be beneficial if you have worked within the not for profit sector before. You will be a passionate individual who can relate to the organisation values and someone committed to driving the organisation forward.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive salary on a scale between £40000 - £45000 dependent on experience. You will be working in a environment that are happy for you to work flexibly and that provides good benefits.
