An exciting Group Financial Accountant opportunity that will allow a newly qualified accountant to begin their career in Industry. Following the promotion of the person in this role who was recruited at this level last year, they are keen to offer the same support and guidance to the next up and coming accountant who is successful in securing this role. You will be working for an ACA BIG trained Senior Finance Manager who is keen to help develop their Team.
Your new role
As a Group Financial Accountant you will be responsible for the financial reporting for the international business. This will see you producing and consolidating the numbers from their sites around the world. Being a US owned company, you will adhere to US GAAP accounting regulations.
Annually you will complete the statutory accounts, Tax returns and submissions for the international entities as well as being a key point of contact for the auditors.
With the business growing, you will support in other area's such as pricing, supporting tax investigations and development and managing of the international hedging policies for the business. Ad-Hoc reporting will be part of you supporting the wider business.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in securing this exciting Group Financial Accountant role. You will be a qualified ACCA or ACA accountant with sufficient experience in tax, audit and statutory accountant. this may suit someone from a small practice that have been more hands on in their training. This may also suit someone who is industry trained. This role would suit a more ambitious accountant who is keen to move forward with their career.
