Group Reporting Accountant - SME Business

I'm working with a fantastic FMCG firm to bring in a Group Reporting Accountant into their Central London Function. It will be a broad role, within a great team and giving exposure to budgeting & forecasting . £60K - £65k + Bonus.

Our client is one of the most exciting FMCG firms in London Waterloo, looking to establish themselves in the UK. They've continued to post strong, organic growth and recently fast tracked this with several key acquisitions. They are a looking to bring in a Group Accountant into their plush Central London Offices to support their continued growth.

They have a great progression pathway, due to growth of the UK business, as well as working closely with the CFO. This will be broad role with varied exposure.

Description

This Group Accountant will have some of the following key responsibilities:

Ownership of the Monthly Group Accounts: Cross divisional business partnering to ensure accurate and timely reporting

Annual/Half Year Financial Statements: Statutory Accounts preparation

Budget/Forecast: Ownership of the 2 yearly planning cycles.

Project Work: Assist with numerous ongoing projects and engineering

Accounting Standards: Business Partner with local finance teams to ensure ongoing implementation and compliance to IFRS.

Qualified Accountant (ACA) - top 6 practice firm

Practice Trained (Need Exposure to IFRS & Consolidated Multicurrency Accounts)

Strong interpersonal skills (In support of Business Partnering)

Able to commute to Central London Waterloo
