Job Description – Senior Executive - Finance
Main duties/responsibilities
- Overall responsibility of the complete Accounts receivable function and all related activities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations within the company
- Management and maintenance of the foreign travel policy related process and requirements
- Maintaining accounting records and related documents
- Preparing bank reconciliations and assist with bank related activities
- Assist with cash flow management and reporting requirements
- Assistance with the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports finalization requirements and timely and accurately completions of the activities relating to the month end closure process
- Assistance in the preparation of budgets, commentaries and financial statements
- Undertaking account reconciliations and other ad-hoc management reports where required
- Co-ordinating with auditors where necessary and supporting the requirements to complete the financial audits successfully
- Overall responsibility of ISO & ISMS audit requirements and the processes related to the finance function, whilst ensuring accuracy, integrity and adherence to all corporate policies and procedures
- Assisting in the project pricing and review process
Experience
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role in finance.
Technical knowledge
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Packages
- Project costing or management costing exposure
Qualifications
- Degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Finance (CIMA/ACCA/ICASL)
