I am urgently looking for a Business Analsyt GDPR to update his global IT systems and his data architecture to manage automatically the correct usage and lifecycle of the data.
The project
Able to collect, challenge, prioritize, manage and validate business requirements in conjunction with the different stakeholders
Able to manage the business requirements within the timeline, the budget and the quality of the project
Able to steer workshop in order to collect business requirement with all parties
Able to manage the complexity related to business and technical issues
Able to identify/collect the as is and to sustain a to be deployment
Able to communicate with all type of parties and to motivate them
Able to align multi organization stakeholders
Able to collaborate with business process stakeholder
Able to identify the gaps in the process and to propose improvement
Able to perform a business impact analysis
Able to identify organizational pitfalls
Able to focus on quick wins
Able to design use cases / business user stories in order to steer/collaborate to test process
Able to manage the scope in order to avoid scope creep
Able to work within an Agile delivery project mode
The profile
Being able to quickly integrate the dynamics of business.
Risk aware and risk mitigation oriented
Quality focused and at the same time pragmatic in finding a healthy balance between the ideal solution and the cost/benefit aspects
Modelling skills: business process, information / data
Trilingual (English/French/Dutch)
At least 3 to 5 years experience in similar Business Analyst roles
Business Field GDPR (Knowledgeable and experienced in General Data Protection Regulation)
Able to identify flaws, weaknesses in the organization (people, processes, technology) in applying GDPR through focused impact assessments
Able to propose GDPR-compliant improvement scenarios
Able to facilitate a GDPR mindset in the organization and guide the transformation to.
