Gentis - Business Analyst

For my client operating in insurance sector , we are looking for a Business Analyst who will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product's features.

Function

You analyze, define and translate the needs and expectations of the services into clear and concrete technical recommendations for the IT teams (EG: developers)

You work in close collaboration with the Project Manager

You analyze and model the requirements and data in order to Transpose them into technical solutions with the contacts concerned (specifications, reporting, testing, monitoring, documentation, etc.)

You actively participate in projects to optimize processes, tools and working methods

You check the compliance of the solutions implemented with the needs analyzed, in close collaboration with the project team and the IT department in particular

You are a privileged interlocutor for the internal partners involved in the projects

Profile

Proven experience in Business Analysis

With excellent analytical, organizational skills and solution oriented

Experience in the insurance sector is an asset

Good knowledge of IT tools (office automation, database management, tools for storing and extracting information, programming and development)

Operational bilingual French / Dutch

Concerned about results, persevering and able to manage stress

Concerned about quality and service
