What you will be doing

Primary Skills
  • 7 to 10 years of strong banking solutions or Banking experience - Retail / Commercial banking domain in Loan/ lending modules.
  • Experience in requirements documentation and elicitation from varied geographical teams and banks
  • Demonstrated exposure in conducting/participating in product demonstrations and assessment studies
  • Demonstrated understanding of solution architecture of banking applications and mapping it to a bank system landscape
  • Excellent communication skills - consistency and ease in discussions with leadership team of banks and in-house development teams
  • Must understand the nuances and dynamics of banking
  • Ideally, should have worked in a bank in one of the retail or commercial banking domains
  • Excellent knowledge on Micro finance industry.
  • Knowledge of agent commission functionalities.
  • Knowledge on 3 rd party integration of HHD for micro finance

Desired Skills
  • SQL / DB query skills
  • SOAP / XML test skills

  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team, customer service, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills
  • Business industry professionals, who elicit, analyze, communicate and validate business/user requirements for processes, policies and information systems
  • Translate these business needs/end-user requirements into functional specifications that describe what the system, process or product/service must do to fulfill the end-user/business requirements.
  • Ability to estimate work effort for projects
  • Ability to Identifies/documents how applications and systems interact to support business processes.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments at one time and meet delivery dates
  • Proven ability to be self-motivated and work well independently

Skills
  • Graduate, Retail / Commercial banking domain Business Analyst/Functional consultant/SME.

SQL,XML, Knowledge of web service.

Qualifications
  • Degree or equivalent
  • ITIL v3 Foundation or higher desirable

  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communicator - ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion
  • Attention to detail - track record of authoring high quality documentation
  • Organized approach - manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements
  • Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global team
  • Willing to travel occasionally (no more than 10%)
