Job Description

Key Job Functions/Responsibilities:
  • Interview client partners and other SMEs to define and document user stories related to business function being automated. Interviews of front, middle & back office users or subject matter experts within BR to identify business automation, problems and requirements of new software.
  • Interview other Broadridge associates (and possibly third parties such as AML provides, DTC, CDS, Examiners, etc.) to obtain further insight into business automation.
  • Broaden knowledge and expertise to become a subject matter expert in capabilities being automated.
  • Analyze conflicting requirements from different users, prioritize them, and develop business-oriented software requirements.
  • Collaborate with the development team on the grooming, development of user stories, and provide direction to resolve blockers.
  • Document and present the results of the above processes in a form that is meaningful to customers and the development team.


Qualifications

Education:
  • University Degree

Technical Tools / Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite of applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio; as well as Jira/Confluence
  • Familiarity with user interface experience concepts (UX)
  • Having experience specifying Wealth Management business requirements in an Agile user story context an asset
  • Experience in account onboarding processes an asset
