JOB DESCRIPTION:

•Provide full spectrum of company secretarial and administration duties (end to end) to our client entities ensuring compliance with corporate governance and local statutory rules.

•Organize & conduct board meetings, prepare board packs, minutes / Board resolutions and ACRA Bizfile filings.

•Manage relationships with our clients and other related service providers, including auditors and tax agents., law firms, bankers, custodians, prime brokers and regulators.

•Maintain statutory filings and ensure proper statutory records.

•Provide coaching & guidance to the team and clients on corporate secretarial and governance matters.

•Perform due diligence on the clients with regular review.

•Passionate for the business, interested and able to give well informed and accurate advice on relevant developments/amendments to the Company Law of Singapore.

•Any other ad hoc secretarial duties and projects.

YOUR PROFILE:

•You hold a bachelor degree in Business Administration, Business Law.

•You are a qualified Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) or qualified member of ISCA.

•You have a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in corporate secretarial work and conversant with Singapore corporate secretarial practices and the Companies Act Chap 50 of Singapore.

•Knowledgeable in the fields of corporate governance, accounting, tax, or audit.

•Good command in fluent English, both verbally and written (Able to converse and write in Mandarin will be considered as an added advantage).

•Strong prioritization skill, able to work under immerse pressure, meet multiple deadlines, and handle clients professionally with strong management and relationship skills

•You combine the commitment to quality and the management of business risks, acumen with the ability to take initiative proactively.

•You are meticulous, independent with strong leadership skill with at least 4 years of experience leading a team

•You are able to work collaboratively in a team.
