Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise in a focused area of the business through analysis and understanding of business needs. Apply a fundamental knowledge of a business area's processes and practices.

  • Work closely with customers to identify and document their requirements and translate to user stories for development team consumption.

  • Participate in improvement of master data management process.

  • Develop market research analysis.

  • Provide business knowledge and support for resolving technology issues in their focused area of the business

  • Serve as the conduit between the customer and the software development team through which requirements flow


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree. All majors are encouraged to apply.

  • 0-2 years of professional experience

  • Strong analytical skills, work ethic, independence, problem solving ability, and positive attitude
