What you will do
The primary responsibility for this role to provide technical leadership in the delivery of integrated system pre-sales solutions that meet customer requirements in RFP (Request for Proposals) process. This role is responsible for analyzing business and technical requirements to prepare Techno commercial proposals by leveraging technology guidelines. Incumbents of this role will be a technical expert addressing the challenges of systems integration and compatibility on multiple IT platforms.
How you will do it
Gather & review requirements, specification, develop business requirement documents (BRDs) and obtain sign-offs from the appropriate parties
Preparation and participation for kick-off / review meetings with technical queries and scope clarification and record minuets of meeting.
Coordinates with product development team and submit of responses to RFP's ensuring that end-to-end solution.
Identify potential issues/risks and bring them proactively to customer for propose a mitigation to the risks identified.
Create use cases, map product features to the customer requirement.
Identify customization development requirement and feasibility study of proposed solution
Coordinates and contributes to compilation and writing of proposal documents.
Prepares architecture diagrams & techno commercial proposals to reflect cost, schedule and technical approaches.
Deliverables include Compliance sheets as response to RFP's, Estimation, Proposal document (word), Presentation (PPT) - Builds solution content and story from a Technology Industry standpoint in all proposals - Writes creative English and builds distinguished solution and capability slides.
What we look for
Have at least 8 years of experience overall as BA to supporting sale of Cloud Solutions in the Smart Building domain.
Presales experience, building proposals for Technology customers
Experience on Cloud Technology solutions preferably in Smart Building
Excellent understanding of IT delivery models and pricing models
Ability to define product architecture and oversee technical development, third party product integrations with related scope, risk and cost
Ability to interact and assimilate with multiple cutting edge technology providers, including establishing industry leaders and start ups
Excellent creative writing and PPT slide building skills
Excellent communications and presentation skills (written, verbal, interpersonal)
Excellent organizational and analytical skills - Strong structured problem solving and insight development skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual, global environment.
Should be able to understand customer requirement perfectly, Good Listener. Should be good in presentation skills.
Ability to adopt new technologies easily.
Good team player. Innovative and Self learning is a must. Ready to take up new challenges.
Good ability to transfer knowledge in form of document, presentation & discussions
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronic Engineering or other related technical discipline.
Preferred
Have at least 8 years of experience overall as BA to supporting sale of Cloud Solutions in the Smart Building domain.
Experience in working in globally distributed teams
