Qualified Group Financial Controller job, £70-80k + great benefits package based in Bournemouth.

Your new role This job requires a well-rounded Financial Controller to oversee the accounting and reporting functions, managing 3 direct reports, with a further 8-10 indirect reports. You will be an integral part of the senior management team and will be contributing to
the overall company success from a financial perspective, reporting to the CFO. You will be responsible for the monthly consolidated management accounts, cash-forecasting and statutory accounting, maintaining controls under IFRS for all Group companies. You
will also be responsible for the management of corporation tax for all group companies, filings at Companies House and liaison with the external auditors.
What you'll need to succeed You will be fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with demonstrable leadership qualities having worked in broad accounting roles previously, ideally with international exposure. You will have excellent problem-solving, organisation, negotiation and communication skills.
You will be decisive and commercially focused, whilst still maintaining a professional and personable approach to leadership.
