The Role

You will be responsible for the management of allocated clients and the duties will include:
- Ensure lodgment deadlines are met
- Prepare and analyse financial statements
- Prepare tax returns and BAS' for clients
- Business consultancy
- Assist with maintaining WIP and Debtors ledger
- Assist with establishing/maintaining fee proposals
- Liaising with clients
- Attending office marketing functions
- Managing staff and workflow

Your Skills & Experience

• Degree qualified in Commerce, Business or related field.
• Part qualified or qualified CPA or CA.
• 2 plus years' experience in a consulting role
• Strong communication skills to explain ideas to a variety of colleagues.
• Excellent data entry skills.
• Strong knowledge of Xero and Microsoft Office.
• Extraordinary ability to multi-task and attention to detail are critical.
• Forward-thinking experience in general accounting and administration support.
• Excellent eye for detail and dedication to accuracy.

You have the people skills to work as part of a team and the self-motivation to work independently. You understand the importance of deadlines, and your excellent communication skills let you explain financial concepts to colleagues that may not have an accounting background.
