Acting as a key member of an Agile team and working closely alongside a Product Owner, you will:
- Be responsible for documenting requirements in a clear and concise fashion.
- Process Map in order to understand both the current and the future state.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders and act as the interlink between the Technical team and the wider Business.
- Champion Agile ways of working.
To be considered for the role you will:
- A passion for customer experience.
- Experience as a Business Analyst within an agile team.
- Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong Stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate and work successfully in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal, written and documentation skills including the ability to conduct large group workshops and present to all levels of the organisation.
- Strong skillset in using tools such as Confluence, JIRA and Lucid Chart.
- Excellent organisational, customer service and relationship building skills.
