A diversfied Private Equity firm who have grown significantly since inception are currently looking for an ambitious qualified accountant to join their team.
This role differs to comparable in the market as the successful appointee will sit directly in the Private Equity team, therefore gaining exposure working directly with Investment Managers and IR professionals.
The incumbent will have ownership of the fund waterfall models, quarterly valuations, internal and external reporting (quarterly management accounts, IRR performance and stat accounts) and various other ad hoc finance responsibilities.

Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Ensuring accurate and timely management and financial reporting across the portfolio both internally and externally to the LPs / Investors
- Co-ordination of the quarterly portfolio valuation process
- Timely preparation of drawdown and distribution notices as and when required
- Monitoring levels of unfunded commitment and future cash forecasts
- Preparation of fund waterfall models in accordance with the LPAs
- Working closely with the Private Equity team being aware of all finance and admin queries to ensure Investment Managers can focus on their core roles
- Asset and fund performance reporting (e.g. IRR performance)
Skills and Experience:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified accountant, preferably with around 1 - 3 years PQE in either a Fund Administrator, Big 4 PE team or in a Private Equity firm
- Must have very strong prior Limited Partnership / LPA / Private Equity experience.
- Able to demonstrate ability to undertake the above responsibilities
- Extremely strong academics
