Commercial Finance Manager | Series A Healthy Drink Scale Up | London
Harmonic are delighted to be supporting one of London's most exciting beverage scale-ups on the hire of a Commercial Finance Manager. Only a couple of years into their journey, this business spotted a gap in the market and has reached a turnover of £3million already. They are already stocked in some of the UK's biggest supermarkets and well-known bars and they are now eyeing up expansion in the US as well as further growth in the UK. Sales have tripled this year as consumers cannot get enough of this brand, but they have also caught the eye of investors too after raising £5m+ in Series A funding.
As a result of this growth, the client is looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to join the team and business partner with all functions across the business as they continue with expansion. This is a super hands-on role that will be supported by a brilliant part-time FD. They are based in super quirky offices and have their three core values at the heart of everything they do. They are ideally looking for an ambitious and dynamic Finance Manager who has experience in a fast growth F&B business (as well as a blue chip!) to help them on this incredible journey.

The Role
- Preparing month end reports and P&L reviews
- Monthly management accounts
- Monthly balance sheet and bank reconciliations
- Responsible for all budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning
- Cashflow management and analysis
- Business partnering
- KPI implementation and analysis
- Building the 3-year plan
- Supporting stakeholders across the business
- Supporting with investment rounds
- Year-end accounts and liaising with HMRC and external accountants
What we need to see
- Experience in a food & beverage business (blue-chip or SME-ideally both!)
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Desire to work in a fast- paced environment
