A growing technology business is looking for a hands on Senior Management accountant to take responsibility for the day to day running of the finance function. The Senior Management Accountant will report to the Finance Director and be responsible for managing one Assistant Accountant.
This Senior Management Accountant position would be the ideal next step for a recently qualified accountant to make the first step into a management role. Key responsibilities will include managing the monthly close process, producing reports for the leadership team, providing analysis on P&L performance as well as overseeing the Assistant Accountant who is responsible for processing payroll.
The ideal profile would be a recently qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA) with hands on experience in producing management accounts and running a monthly close process. A desire to work in the Technology or Media sectors would also be preferable.
