Credit Risk Insurance - AVP - Contract Opportunity - Banking
Venn Group's Financial Services team are currently recruiting for an AVP position with a global bank in London. This position centres around Credit Risk Insurance (CRI) and Credit Monitoring.
This opportunity offers the candidate the chance to develop with a growing team, which has increased the number of assets and counterparties it works with drastically in the past several years. Due to the events of COVID-19, there has been a distinct increase in the number of negative credit ratings, which has subsequently resulted in an increased workload.
This role requires the candidate to support the ongoing portfolio management of 200+ assets and 100+ insurance companies. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the banking and/or insurance sectors, with direct and regular experience performing annual and ad hoc Credit Monitoring applications.
The successful candidate will have knowledge non-line and multi-line insurance companies, experience performing both qualitative and quantitative Credit Analysis, and demonstrate knowledge of Credit Monitoring rules. This role requires the regular submission of detailed portfolio reports, and therefore welcomes applicants with experience producing intricate reports and presentations.
Candidates who are communicative and collaborative would do well to apply to this position. Working between and amongst the banks' various teams will be a staple responsibility of this position.
