Page Personnel is working with a large firm in Liverpool city centre to recruit a Finance Supervisor to join their accountancy function.

Description

As Finance Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting a number of teams across the organisation and work on a number of projects to develop processes. Your day to day duties will include:

• Supporting teams with bookkeeping, accounts payable and VAT queries
• Ongoing review and management of these processes
• Reviewing management accounts and VAT return preparation
• Supporting, coaching and mentoring junior members of the team and being the point of escalation for ongoing performance
• Managing team workload effectively ensuring everything is met on time and accurate
• Responsible for people performance through regular coaching, appraisals and 121s

Profile

The successful applicant must have:

• Experience working in a management accounts role
• Strong IT skills
• Excellent communication skills and able to build relationships across the business
• Good time management and organisational skills
