Credit Controller
Swindon
Up to £26,500 p/a plus company benefits
C&D are working with a greatly established organisation who require an experienced and competent Credit Controller to join the small team.
The Credit Controller will be responsible for the day to day management of a number of ledgers ensuring an efficient service is provided to all Clients.
Job duties:
* Be proactive in managing and collecting customer debts, both B2C and B2B
* Evaluate new credit requests and review credit rankings
* Set up any new terms and conditions of credit
* Ensuring timely payment of debts
* Deal with any queries promptly
* Escalate any queries to relevant departments
To secure this position, you must have experience in Credit Control and be able to demonstrate effective communication manners and can adapt to all situations as they arise. The role can be busy and pressurised therefore it is essential to be resilient.
It would be an advantage if you have worked in legal services, banking or finance.
