**3+month temp contract assignment with possible extension**
Responsibilities:
- Processing of day-to day accounting entries for the Group's Holding company and a few of its US subsidiaries in Microsoft Dynamics AX.
- Daily and month-end bank reconciliations.
- Month-end closing for the Holding company, including accruals and other month-end reversing entries, intercompany reconciliation and intercompany invoicing.
- Month-end review and analysis of the Holding company's Balance Sheet and P&L. Investigation of any unusual fluctuations.
- Preparation of monthly account balance reconciliations.
- User maintenance for Microsoft Dynamics AX for the Holding company and its subsidiaries.
- Upload of Holding company and its subsidiaries final trial balances to the Group's consolidation system and reconciliation of balances.
- Support of the Group intercompany reconciliation.
- Support Group Finance teams with their accounting inquiries.
- Preparation of management reports for the Group consolidated results, such as Cash reports, AR Aging, Working Capital, Headcount, etc.
- Support external audit requests.
- Ad-hoc management reporting, as required.
- Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.
- Support preparation of financial statements in compliance with official guidelines and requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar field, CPA preferred.
- 3+ years of increasing responsibility.
- Audit background is preferred.
- Global companies experience is preferred
