Accountant

Kelly is hiring for an Accountant! This is a Direct Hire Opportunity in Charlotte, NC.

This Accountant is required to have a hotel industry background, as well as experience with QuickBooks.

• Operate QuickBooks accounting system


• Enter Data in QB from all hotels (revenue, invoices, payroll, etc.)


• Payroll for Corporate office


• Enter all payables & Process all bills through QuickBooks


• Be able to prepare financials for all locations


• Process all incoming & outgoing mails


• Process sales tax & other applicable taxes on monthly basis for all locations
