The Senior Business Process Specialist (BPS) interfaces with business process teams helping the Business Process Manager (BPM) establish priorities related to projects and service requests. The role provides project management and service request execution established with the alignment of business relationship and BPM's. Senior BPS's are considered application subject matter experts in providing technical guidance and application capabilities. The role is an extension of the ICT (Information Communication Technology) organization, acting as liaison and bridging / facilitating communication and understanding between ICT and supplier partners. This is in support of application development within the Sales & Marketing business unit. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Lead digitalization projects for transformation of existing business processes by developing and integrating ideas, products, and digital technologies in the vehicle sales incentives domainProvide expert technical knowledge and direction on digital technologies and guide the team on solution design and implementationDrive the implementation through supplier partners other FCA team membersParticipate in appropriate project governance meetings

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting applications as a business analyst
- Minimum 5 years' experience in analysis, design, construction, implementation, testing and maintenance phases of a web and client server based software development
- Minimum 1 year of experience developing or operating under CI/CD (continuous integration/ continuous deployment), GitHub, Jenkins, DevOps environment
- Demonstrated ability to work on concurrent multiple projects
- Excellent communication and reasoning skills to gain support of business leaders, IT colleagues, IT leadership, and supplier partners
- Experience in documenting business and system requirements, user stories, design specifications and test scenarios in a cross-functional team environment
- Self-starter, ability to quickly learn complex business processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Familiar with Sales Incentives systems and/or processes
- Knowledge of Automotive industry
- Experience in Web and Cloud technologies; Azure preferred
- Knowledge of IT Operational process and standards
- Experience in defining end-to-end technical solutions
- Demonstrated leadership and project management ability
- Experience in Agile / Scrum methodology
- Experience in handling infrastructure requirements related to applications
- Experience with Business process management (BPM) tools
- Ability to work within an onsite/offshore application development supplier engagement model
