Kelly Services is currently hiring a Finance Analyst for a leader in the industry located in Evans, GA!! Immediate Opening!
Position Details
Immediate Opening!
Hours: 8:00am-4:00pm, 30 hours
Contract: 9 Months+
Pay Rate: $28.00-30.00/hr
Job Description:
Business Group: Club Car
Surrounding Team: Commercial Finance Team, 2 local people
Purpose: Support all Finance Functions for Sales and Product Growth Team
Reason for Request: Extra support for Program Finance Manager on specific project
This position will support the Finance Program Manager with the below duties:
• Retail lease transactions:
o Submission to lenders - audit and compilation of package to include orders, transaction summary, t-value, payoffs, etc.
o Exceptions monitoring, approvals and reporting (interest rate, term and residual)
o Maintenance Agreements (auditing, signing, record keeping & assist Accounting with recon)
o Assist with month-end, quarterly reporting
o Assist Customer Finance with funding's and related issues
o
• Wholesale (Floorplan) Transactions:
o Floorplan financing approvals
o Review pending approvals - overline, past dues, etc.
o Assist with new dealer profile setup
• Payoffs
o Process requests from Sales for future date payoff calculations
o Process serial number requests for Used Cars
o Assist with maintenance of Lender Data feeds used by sales force
o Assist sales with locating contract names, numbers, to help facilitate lease renewals
o Assist Customer Finance with payoff issues at net funding
o Assist Customer Finance and Accounting with Payoff Recon
o Track maturing lender contracts (extensions, rolls, payoff, net-funding of past due residuals, etc)
Hard Skills:
Finance Background - Credit and AP
2-3 years of experience
Degree would be preferred - Associates would be great
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Basic background knowledge of accounting and finance programs (floorplan, leasing)
Preferred qualifications:
- Basic background knowledge of accounting and finance programs floorplan, leasing
- Finance/Accounting degree preferred
- Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Office
