- At least 3-7 years of Life Insurance/Reinsurance domain operations experience.
- Should have core insurance domain process knowledge in any at least one of the functional areas like
- Accounting
- Claims
- Policy administration
- Underwriting
- Reinsurance
- Candidates with only sales/marketing/customer service background in insurance will be rejected
- Having software product development experience is a plus
- Experience in defining/documenting business requirements
- Ability to understand/follow/define processes of end-client business operations.
- Experience in working with use cases, specifications, process flows, data models, test cases, etc.
- Ability to effectively communicate business requirements to programmers/technical team from IT angle
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, listening, presentation, and facilitation
- Preferred experience in pre-sales, RFP, RFI responding, providing demo to prospects and generating workflows of product functionalities
- Must have good analytical skills
- Domain certifications from LOMA, FLMI desired
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or related field preferred
- Three or more years of business analysis experience
