Overall purpose of job:

The TOV & Business Analyst carries out a wide range of processing responsibilities including Transfer of Value based on internal SOPs and systems, supporting the Commercial and Medical Affairs team. Provides information & analysis related to ToV area of expertise, as well as OPEX and Direct Investments analyzing departmental budgets. Supervises the design, development, implementation, and administration process related to the Transfer of Value, including public reporting and communication.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
  • Supports systems and processes related to HPR (payment system), Starcite, iCONNECT (CRM), being in touch with the EMEA Transparency Team in order to provide quality data and implement corrective actions according to Data Quality, preparing and updating all needed corrections (Cost Correction Combined), creating tickets, enforcement resolution, checking correctness after changes.
  • Cascade all information regarding ToV to local organization, actively communicate actions, drive compliance initiatives from Region, continuously interact with managers, partners from a local organization, build insights that help the business improve their operations.
  • Executes and provide analysis and recommendations around ToV and raising business-related issues or opportunities to the Management Board
  • Proactively find opportunities for improvements in processes related to ToV area
  • Support for EMEA projects implementation in Poland, and collaboration on a regional level (MSM/EMEA)
  • Support local financial/accounting processes correlated with Commercial or Medical Affairs activities, also supporting Direct Investments analysis
  • Partner with cross-functional teams: Finance, Marketing, Sales, Medical, Business Insights
  • Partner with IT to ensure all analytics systems are updated to support the needs of the business
  • Analyzing and supervising data in Data Dump, EFPIA Report and Transparency Report.
  • Manage the disclosure process and act as the first point of local contact (Disclosure Lead)
  • Prepare ToV reports and multichannel communication with accurate data for the official publication

Qualifications
Requirements (knowledge, education, skills):
  • A minimum of 4 years of progressive work experience required with a minimum of 2 years in analytics, business analytics, business support, audit or related role
  • A proven track record of working in an environment within a high degree of teamwork
  • With supervision, the ability to understand, translate, and integrate multiple data sources into actionable insights to drive decision-making is required. Must be comfortable working with large data-mining exercises
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, across multiple projects with conflicting deadlines
  • Proven success in creative problem solving and team partnership is required
  • Strong project management skills are required
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and data management skills
  • Knowledge of analytical tools (e.g. Tableau, Minitab, SPSS, SAS or Qlik Sense). Experience in the medical device, or healthcare field is preferred
  • Education: University / Bachelor Degree or Equivalent, preferably in a relevant business-related discipline
  • Native local speaker and proficient English knowledge of both spoken and written
