What you will be doing:
- Formulate and define systems scope and objectives through researchand fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systemsand industry requirements
- Develop solution expertise to be able to provide guidanceandsupport to business users
- Lead enhancements and process improvement activities
- Manage relationships and establish trusted partnerships withassociated business areas
- Analyze functional and detailed business requirements
- Documentation of current and future state processes, businessrequirements, test preparation, execution, and traceability to requirements
You have:
- A Bachelor'sdegree (preferenceto Industrial Engineering, Computer Science,or Business)
- 5-8years of experience as a Business Analyst or demonstrated relevant skills
- Demonstratedtechnical competencies with a passion for technology
- Exceptionalcommunications skills and experience in working with technical subject matterexperts and customers.
- Demonstratedsuccess with business requirements analysis, group facilitation, gap analysisand process mapping and design as part of a business transformation
- LeanSix Sigma or other process improvement certifications/ experience would be an asset
You are:
- Competentto work in some phases of systems analysis and ableto consider the business implications of the application oftechnology to the current business environment
- Highlyenergetic and adaptable
- An excellent facilitator and able to build consensus amongprocess stakeholders
- Able tounderstand business processes and translate into technical requirements.
A few more things we would considerassets:
- Manufacturing and shop floor experience
- Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications/experience
- Experience in working in a formal systems development lifecyclemethodology environment involving such artifacts as functional and detaildesign documents, business use cases, and requirements traceability
