The increase of work means that the current Management Accountant and Finance Manager need to focus on the month end and more strategic elements, leaving the entire process of AP to you.

This is based in the centre of Newbury an short walk from the station and also with some parking nearby.

Description

The key responsibilities of the Newbury based Accounts Payable Specialist will be to focus on all aspects of AP from start to finish. The company is in the process of implementing SAP so prior knowledge of this system is a definite advantage, however not essential.

As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for contributing to the timely and accurate processing of purchase orders, supplier invoices and employee expenses, payment runs, some reconciliations and support of other areas when needed.

Profile

The ideal candidate will be able to commute to centre of town, be able to take control of the entire AP process for a circa 18m TO business and support the Finance team in ensuring best practice and all areas are running as smooth as possible.
