Responsibilities:
- Reports to the department lead (Manager)
- He/she should be capable to handling a team of 1-2 direct reporting (mostly CA article students)
- Plan, delegate and execute. Timely escalation to the Manager on concerns and issues
- Handle at least 1-2 projects at once (Advisory and Statutory Audits) and work towards the quality deliverables and meeting timelines
- Mostly, works directly with the client and respond to the queries raised by the client
- Independent and attitude towards learning and working for long hours during peak season
Requirement:
- ACCA Affiliate with 1-2 years experience
- Experience in Statutory Audits
- Knowledge on Accounting Standards (IFRS value addition)
- Hands on experience in MS-Excel is must
- Communication skills- good verbal and written skills
- Have the ability to work under pressure, stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demand extended working hours
- Have adequate interpersonal skills and team skills
