The Role The role of Audit Senior is an excellent opportunity for a Qualified Accountant to join a leading Accountancy Firm with an excellent track record. This role would be well suited to someone from a smaller firm looking to gain more Audit experience or exposure to larger more complex clients, or conversely, someone from the Big 4 who is looking to work with a portfolio revolving more around owner managed businesses. On Offer The role of Audit Senior will offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £38,000 depending on your experience plus a competitive benefits package and a flexible working environment. The role will involve the following: Playing a crucial part in the audit of a varied portfolio of clients across a wide range of sectors Leading the onsite audit team and acting as the main point of contact for the client Developing and maintaining effective client relationships and identifying cross-selling opportunities where appropriate Play a key role in the Audit from planning through to completion stage Reviewing the work of junior team members and acting a role model for them Reporting findings to Management/Partners and preparing audit report/summary Assisting with inhouse training sessions Ensuring that work is completed within the agreed timescales and budgets The ideal candidate will: Be a Qualified Accountant - ACCA/ICAS or equivalent.
