Yourrole
As a Director in Cyber Risk your responsibilities willinclude:
• Beingcomfortable developing the market for Cyber Risk services, primarily acrossmajor financial services businesses, through the development of effectiveclient relationships and championing the service within the Deloitte industrygroups
• Yourcreative mindset will enable you to solve clients' issues whilst thinkingaround corners;
• Youwill manage diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people arerecognised for their contribution;
• Youwill bring innate ability to lead teams, inspire colleagues and act as atrusted business adviser;
• Youwill deliver cyber-related engagements with our clients, working seamlessly andcollaboratively with colleagues and clients;
• Youwill contribute to the development of our teams by training and coaching;
• You'llbe contributing to the creation of new Cyber related services and the developmentof existing services;
• You'llbe keen to increase the eminence of the Deloitte Cyber practice and engage withsome high profile clients;

Yourprofessional experience
To besuccessful in this role you should have:
• Abroad range of cyber experience, likely including experience across areas suchas advanced threat readiness and protection, application protection, identityand access management, incident response, information privacy and protection,cyber risk analytics, vulnerability management, war gaming;
• Youwill likely hold certifications (such as ISO27001, CISSP, CISA, CISM or SOC2)
• Excellentcommercial awareness and business acumen, including specifically a goodunderstanding of cyber risk to both business processes and supportingtechnology
• Youwill have great interpersonal skills and experience of developing effective,long-lasting client relationships, either as a consultant or demonstration ofsignificant influencing abilities within an organisation and demonstrableability to solve complex problems objectively, using an appropriate combinationof analysis, experience and judgement
• Deliveryof high quality complex projects including effective programme, project,financial and people management
• Abilityto take complex analysis and to present and communicate it in a concise andclear manner, appropriately tailored to people from a very wide range ofcultures, technical backgrounds and seniorities
