Department Overview
Supply Chain structure which is currently being dynamically developed here in Krakow. It includes Order Management, Order scheduling, Demand, Repair, and Supply Planning. The department is responsible for supporting the global business processes and technology that enables the Supply Chain, and it is expected to become a Center of Excellence in the global structures in the near future. Supply Chain is supporting sales process and operations on daily basis starting from forecasting through order scheduling and management, securing material availability up to shipping.
Job Description

This Candidate will be a part of the Enablement Team driving strategic initiatives for the Supply Chain Organizations.
  • Must be able to work with a global base of users and communicate effectively with IT and the business
  • The ability to work in a very dynamic environment, with changing priority needs.
  • Facilitate and participate in process design sessions driving towards standardized processes.
  • Facilitate collection of data to describe current processes.
  • Responsible for generating reports, statistics, timelines and presentations to facilitate design sessions.
  • Develop and manage project plans to support testing events or other project deliverables
  • Prepare activity and progress reports using standard templates and reporting tools.•
  • Coordinate project workshops, reviews, and communications
  • Identify change management issues and assist in development of initiatives for change.

Governance would be handled through daily interactions with team members, participation in calls, a buddy system in region, quarterly visits, and a potential for project lifecycle milestone trips.

Must have the ability to work a mixed shift.

Basic Requirements
  • 4-7 years of experience in Supply Chain: Order Management, Delivery and/or Repair areas.
  • Must be able to work with a global base of users, and communicate effectively.
  • Understanding of how anERP systemworks, preferred experience working withOracle.
  • The ability to work in a very dynamic environment with changing priority needs.
  • Need to feel comfortable working in a team environment, but also have the ability to work independently based on the project needs.
  • Being fluent English is absolutely essential, Polish would be an asset
  • Good knowledge of common MS Office, Google tools (Sheets, Docs etc.)
  • Must feel comfortable driving IT communication
  • University degree (bachelor/master)
