Job Description
The trainee will be attached to the System Support section of Distribution Middle Office and reports to the team lead/manager of the department. The department is responsible for providing system management for all representative/distributor's usage, handles the company's representative/distributor's register & manages the various incentive schemes of the representatives & their supervisors.
Responsibilities include:
The trainee will be attached to the System Support section of Distribution Middle Office and reports to the team lead/manager of the department. The department is responsible for providing system management for all representative/distributor's usage, handles the company's representative/distributor's register & manages the various incentive schemes of the representatives & their supervisors.
Responsibilities include:
- Active involvement in system implementation and enhancements including understanding requirements, testing, issues resolution and liaising with various stakeholders
- Maintain a risk and compliance culture with zero tolerance for regulatory breaches and fraud, supporting and delivering Fair Dealing outcomes.
- Perform random check on system to ensure correct behavior post- production
- Assist in the management of the various systems for different distribution channels, including the implementation of different initiatives by different channels
- Good understanding of business requirements and be able to articulate effectively and accurately to various stakeholders such as business departments, IT and vendors
- Review Business Specifications, develop & execute Test Plan and User Documentation to ensure timely & quality delivery of IT solutions
- Ensure solutions and systems provided meet business objectives
- Plan and conduct feasibility studies and functional analysis of business requirements
- Organize and co-ordinate all implementation activities and user acceptance testing
- Continually assess the effectiveness of business specifications and testing methodology in terms of contents and format
- Develop & review documentation including business requirement, user guide, FAQ and Standard Operating Process (SOP)
- Handle any other project or duties as assigned by HOS / HOD
