Description:

The Business Analytics Intern - APAC, EMEA, and LATAM will assist in regional business reporting, analytics and insights and support project management.

Regional Business Reporting, Analytics & Insights:
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc data mining and analyses for management to facilitate the identification of opportunities.
• Analyze and interpret both internal and external factors that affect sales performance.
• Communicate findings to functional leaders to influence actions and outcomes.
• Increase insights generation and interactive data visualization capability by rolling out a business intelligence tool.
• Facilitate best practice sharing within International region. Facilitate continuous improvement in countries.
• Commercial excellence trough best in class tools & processes.
Project Management
• Secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects that will enable the local teams to execute the company's strategies and goals.
• Lead project planning and execution sessions, which may involve multiple stakeholders and departments, across all levels and ensure projects are managed within stipulated timeframe and budget.
• Participate and support the tender process and risk management.

Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE):
• Establish a system of assessing and prioritizing SFE drivers.
• Lead and develop SFE performance dashboards/KPIs/Metrics.
• Provides insights to country commercial teams on SFE; Provide suggestions for continuous
improvement. Provide counsel and actionable information.
• Coordinate the gathering of SFE performance data from country teams - Territory assignments, target setting, call planning etc.
• Advocate for improving CRM adoption by providing training, support and process continuous improvement.
• Aligns and translates SFE initiatives into project plans with clarity on expected outcomes, scope, schedule and key milestones.
• Work with regional and country teams to deliver initiatives.
• Incentive scheme design & implementation

Qualifications:

Years of Related Experience:
• Analytic skills to link data to business performance to arrive at actionable initiatives
• Strong communication & presentation skills. Confidence to present findings to all levels of management
• Experience designing and maintaining business reporting infrastructure
• Experience in Salesforce.com and Excel, with strong proficiency in MS Office. Experience in Tableau is an advantage.
