Job Purpose
The Anti-Money Laundering System (AMLS) is looking for a candidate responsible for transforming business requirements to technological solutions by defining, analyzing and documenting requirements; mapping and streamlining business processes and verifies technological solution to fulfil business needs. As the system is already in Production, candidate will also have to assume support functions. Candidate will also need to be involved in a project that will upgrade the existing software used for AMLS.
The Job
• Point of contact interfacing between technical team to business users on issues and change requests.
• Capture and understand business problems, requirements and their priorities.
• Follow through the issue resolution and/or establish resolution plan.
• Understands strategic planning, perform business model analysis, process design and systems analysis.
• Performs impact assessment.
• Validate application conformance to specifications.
• Support acceptance testing exercise.
• Establish good working relationships with peers and users.
• Conduct training with users or internal IT teams.
Job Requirements
Our Requirements:
• Holds a tertiary education.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• At least 5 years' experience in business analyst role, in insurance industry with at least coverage of either life, group or general insurance business.
• Experience in Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Financing of Terrorists enterprise solution such as those offered by BAE Systems.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (IIBA) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Experience in the role of software developer, business analyst with some project management experience.
