The Role:
- Data Entry
- Ensure changes to the vendor management system are accurate and have supporting documentation
- Answer queue line, respond or take messages as required
- Open and sort mail and file documentation
- Validate invoice information prior to it being processed for payment
- Other administrative/accounting duties as required
The Ideal Candidate:
- Accounting or Finance background is required
- Experience using SAP or equivalent software is an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient knowledge in MS Office and Google Suite
- Must be able to pass a criminal record clearance
