About the role

In this newly created role you will enhance and support our Sales and Marketing IT platforms, assisting with adoption by the business and business users you will drive emerging capabilities and best practice. Performing analysis and documentation of business processes and system requirements you will be the conduit between our technical and business teams.
  • Curation of enhancements, major incident assistance, optimisation of systems and processes when required, especially with relation to TWE's Trade Promotion Management (TPM) systems.
  • Develop functional knowledge of business operations and strategy by connecting with relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead solution design activities that will deliver the business objectives in an innovative, efficient, cost effective and sustainable manner.
  • Act as a dedicated project resource managing smaller initiatives across TWE's global sales and marketing organisation.
  • Provide ongoing business process knowledge, functional capability knowledge, 3rd level support on an ad hoc basis as required for software applications

About you

You will bring a well-developed knowledge of TPM systems and have delivered quality BA related outcomes within an FMCG setting. Your ability to pick up technical information quickly and translate this into meaningful outcomes for your stakeholders will set you apart. Proactive and curious by nature you will seek problems out and provide opportunities to challenge the status quo.
