They are currently undertaking a number of projects to improve technology, business processes and remediation projects. they are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the team.

Responsibilities:
- Analyse complex business problems leading to improvements in business processes, policies and information systems.
- Define and document business requirements for changes to business processes and information systems
- Lead the definition, elicitation, prioritisation and validation of requirements and design of new or re-engineered business processes
- Recommend solutions that enable the organisation to achieve business outcomes and deliver value
- Support testing, training and implementation activities to ensure successful delivery of the overall business and technology solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Lead/Senior Business Analyst in a major end-to-end business process re-engineering or business transformation initiative
- Strong track record facilitating workshops, clarifying business problems, defining requirements and scoping solutions with Leaders
- Skills with process improvement/re-engineering, data analysis, system functional and non-function analysis
- Experience working in the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of technology and business systems
