As our Head of Finance, you will be responsible for leading and energising a large and dispersed accounting team, to deliver an effective financial and management accounting function; whilst continuing to aid ongoing transformation
We are looking for someone who can work on their own initiative, is hard working, highly motivated, resilient and customer focused.
The workload for this role is busy and varied. It is important that you can therefore demonstrate resilience, a positive energy and be able to lead the team with your enthusiasm.
You will demonstrate a recent history of leading finance teams ideally within the not for profit sector, producing accounts under SORP FRS 102 and being the main point of contact for external audit, tax and VAT queries.
In return, you will receive 28 days holiday plus public holidays, life assurance, 37.5 hour working week and modern work environment.
