The Finance Anaylst is responsible for preparing financial anaylsis and management reporting on Operations & Technology financials. He/She will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand and anaylze cost drivers in Operations and Technology.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare periodic variance analysis report on Operations & Technology costing.

2. Work with the department coordinators to substantiate variances between actual and budgeted.

3. Understand and explore ways for improvement of cost allocation

4. Build Financials Dashboard using PowerBI

5. Data analytic to understand cost driver

6. Maintain and update databases

Requirements

1. Possess a strong analytical and problem solving skills

2. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills within and outside the team

3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

4. Able to work independently as well as in a team

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

6. Knowledge of programming is preferred (e.g. Python, VBA, R)
